Hello, my name is Hilary Thomson-Pierre, a Registered Nurse and I would like to take the opportunity to tell you more about myself. For the most part my Providers and individual/Patient call me “ Nurse Hilly”
I married Maxwell Pierre Sr; we have two adult sons with wives: Max Jr and Coyrdell. The wives who I call, My daughters are affectionately named, “Lady Dee and Princess Dae”
I have three wonderful grandchildren, Maxwell III, Donnelle, and Mc Kenzie. The above mentioned, “They are my Legacy”.
In 2008, I decided to make a Professional move to the taking care of the individuals with Development Disability and Behavioral Challenges in their homes and Community where they live.
The main reason for this move, is to provide Holistic care to empower individuals who are challenged with Developmental Disability and/or Dual Diagnosed, and Behavioral Conditions with support, quality of life, acceptance, and opportunities which will lead them to a great life.
I have greater than 38 years of combined nursing experience, including Midwifery; Psychiatric, Pediatric, Public Health/ Community; OR/Emergency Nursing and many more.
I have had the opportunity to work as Staff Development/Nurse Practice Educator, Infection Control administrator, Human Resources and Workmen Compensation while in administration role.
Believe it or not, this opportunity has afforded me the privilege to serve as support to the Providers and all others involved.
Today, I offer a Professional service that stays within the guidelines of State rules and regulations to ensure the utmost level of Integrity, Competencies, accountability as I strive to protect the Health and Safety of the individuals while I assist to maintain the Integrity of the Providers business.
